Comment:	Manuel Tinio was born in the town of Licab, Nueva Ecija. He became a general of the revolution, haciendero and cacique (the political boss) in Nueva Ecija, the first secretary of labor, head of the Bureau of Lands, among many others. I think the province of Nueva Ecija and the town of Licab, in particular, should recognise his importance in history.
